Start with the concern
What is bothering you?
Most people do not arrive knowing the name of a treatment. They arrive with a thing they see in the mirror. Start there.

What happens the first time.
The most common reason people put this off is not knowing what walking in will be like. So here it is.
You tell us what you see
In a room, not at a counter. A nurse practitioner looks with you and asks what you want, and what you do not.
You get a plan and a price
Written down, with the least we think you need first. Nothing is done at the consultation unless you ask for it.
You decide, at home
No same-day pressure and no packages to sign. Book when you are ready, and text us with any question in between.
How we work
Less, done well, then see.
Aesthetic medicine has a reputation for doing too much. We start with the smallest change that answers the concern, then look again in two weeks. Most people never need the bigger version.
- Every injectable is placed by a nurse practitioner, with a physician medical director on staff, as Tennessee law requires
- We photograph before and after, in the same light, so you can see the difference rather than take our word for it
- If a treatment will not do what you want, we say so and do not sell it
Questions before you book
Asked at almost every consultation.
Will it look obvious?
Not if it is done the way we do it. The goal is that people think you slept well, not that you had something done. We dose lightly and add later if you want more.
Does it hurt?
Neurotoxin feels like a few quick pinches. Filler and laser use numbing cream first, and most people describe the sensation as warm or tingling rather than painful.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, twenty minutes with a provider, no charge and no obligation. If you decide to have a treatment the same day and there is time, you can.
Who is actually treating me?
Injectables and laser are performed by our nurse practitioner. Facials and peels by our licensed aesthetician. A physician medical director oversees the practice. Their names and training are on the About page.
