Pricing FAQ
Is this a real product I can buy?
No. Zelvor Cloud is a fictional company built as a portfolio concept. Nothing here provisions a real server or charges a real card, and every price is illustrative. The console is fully interactive but runs entirely in your browser.
How is a custom size priced?
A custom server adds a small base fee plus a flat rate per vCPU, per gigabyte of memory and per gigabyte of SSD. The calculator above uses the same rates the console's deploy wizard uses, so the estimate matches what you'd see there.
What happens if I go over my transfer allowance?
Each plan includes a monthly transfer allowance, and the first 5 TB across your account is generous by design. In this concept demo overage is not modeled - a production build would meter additional transfer at a flat per-terabyte rate shown on your bill.
Can I resize a server later?
Yes. Servers can be resized up or down from the console, and the monthly price adjusts to the new size. Backups, snapshots and monitoring carry over. There's no long-term contract.
Do VMs, containers and databases cost extra?
They're separate resources with their own sizing, but they land on the same single monthly invoice. This page covers cloud-server (VPS) pricing; managed databases and other resources are sized in the console.
