- What is the catch?
- There is not one, and here is what we get out of it. A finished website makes the case better than a sales pitch, and building it costs us less than a sales team would. If you say no at any point before paying, you owe nothing, the work comes down, and we do not chase you. The one thing we hold back: the site runs on our servers until it is paid for.
- How and when do I pay?
- Nothing until the whole site is built and you love it. You approve the homepage design first, which costs nothing, and we build the rest. When the finished site is in front of you and you are happy with every page, you pay the build fee by card on Stripe's secure page, and the site goes live. Hosting starts that day, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel it yourself anytime. If the site is still not right within 14 days of launch, everything you paid is refunded.
- Can I change things after launch?
- Yes, and small changes are part of hosting on every plan. New hours, a new photo, a price, a paragraph, a new team member: email it and it is live within two business days. Anything larger, a new page or a redesign, is quoted before we start, so nothing appears on an invoice that you did not agree to.
- Who writes the words?
- We do, from your answers on the start page, your current site if there is one, your Google listing and your reviews. You read every line before it goes live and change anything you like. If you would rather write it yourself, send it and we design around it.
- What do you need from me, and how much of my time?
- Two minutes on the start page, and a yes or a no when the homepage is ready. After you approve it: a logo if there is one, a few photos if you have them and your domain details, all sent from your private page. We draft every word and you correct what is wrong. There is no questionnaire and no call is needed, and we are glad to talk if you would rather.
- Do I own the site, and is the domain in my name?
- Yes to both. The domain is registered in your name, in your own account or transferred to you on request at no charge, whether we register it or connect one you already have. The design, content and code transfer to you once the 14-day guarantee closes. From then on there is no lock-in: if you move on, you take everything with you.

- A contact form and a click-to-call button come with every plan. Booking calendars, online payments and orders connect on Business Pro, and a full store or a product of its own is Enterprise, scoped with you. Whatever the plan, the homepage you see before you pay is designed for the job you told us the site has to do.
- What happens after I get in touch?
- You answer two short steps about your business. Your homepage design arrives within two business days, on a private page of your own. We design it from what you told us and what is already public about the business, so there is no questionnaire first. Approve it, ask for changes, or say it is not for you. If you approve, we build the rest, and you pay only when you have seen the whole site and you love it.
- What if I don't like the design?
- Say so on your private page and we change it. Revisions are unlimited, on the homepage design and on the finished site, and you pay nothing until you love it. After launch, the 14-day money-back guarantee still covers everything you paid.
- What happens if I cancel hosting?
- Hosting runs month to month, or year to year if you chose yearly billing, and you can cancel it yourself anytime; you won't be charged again. Hosting is what keeps the site live, so canceling takes it offline, but the design, content, code and domain are yours and you are free to run them anywhere.
- Are the sites in your work section real clients?
- No. They are concept builds we designed ourselves, across industries and price tiers, so you can judge the work rather than take our word for it. Every one is running software you can click through, and your project gets the same standard.
- How fast can you launch my site?
- Your homepage design arrives within two business days of the form. The whole site is ready about three business days after you approve it, and it goes live the day you pay. There is no kickoff call to schedule: approval is the start. Larger builds (online stores, lots of pages) take a little longer, and we give you the date up front.
- Can you redesign or migrate my existing site?
- Yes, and migration is included. We move your content, set up redirects so you keep what Google already knows about you, and launch without downtime.
- Can I have email at my own domain?
- Yes. If you already have email at your domain, nothing changes. If you do not, we set it up with a provider of your choice; the mailbox itself is billed by that provider, not by us.
- Do I need to worry about website accessibility lawsuits?
- It is a real thing in the US: 3,117 website accessibility lawsuits were filed in federal court in 2025, up 27% on the year before, and most of the companies sued were small, with revenue under $25 million. We are not lawyers and nothing here is legal advice.
