Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your site. That's why every build is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. This page explains exactly how it works, with no fine-print surprises.
The 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your completed website, tell us within 14 days of launch and we'll refund what you paid: the build fee and the hosting. No drawn-out disputes. We would rather part on good terms than keep a fee you're unhappy with.
What's covered
- The one-time build fee for your project, and any hosting you paid for alongside it.
- Requests made within 14 days of the day the finished site goes live.
How to request a refund
Email info@nelanor.studio within the 14-day window with your project name and a short note on what fell short. A quick reason helps us improve, but you don't have to justify your decision at length.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days once processed. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it.
Ownership after a refund
If you take a refund on the build, ownership of the design, content, and code does not transfer to you, and we'll deactivate the delivered site. Ownership passes to you only once the build is paid and the 14-day window has closed.
Hosting
Hosting is billed from the day the site goes live, monthly or yearly, and can be canceled anytime, and you won't be charged for the next period. If you take the build refund within the 14-day window, we also refund the hosting you paid, because the site comes down. Outside that window, hosting already provided isn't refundable.
Exceptions
The guarantee covers our work. It doesn't cover third-party costs we've paid on your behalf at your request (such as premium fonts, stock assets, or paid integrations), or changes in your circumstances after launch.
